One person wants real AI skills for their own job before rolling anything out to a team. A workshop, then the live course.

The situation
An operations manager at a growing company is the person everyone asks about "that AI thing". She uses a chatbot now and then, but mostly by trial and error. Before she recommends anything to her team, she wants to understand it properly and use it safely on her own work.
The friction
- Self-taught by trial and error. Some prompts work, most don't, and she can't explain why.
- Unsure what is safe. She isn't sure what company information is fine to use.
- No time for a long programme. She needs something practical that fits around a full-time job.
- Pressure to have an answer. Leadership has started asking what the team should do with AI.

- She knows which information stays out of AI tools, and why.
- When leadership asks, she can recommend a sensible next step, such as team training or a consulting assessment.
