Who these terms name

These terms are between you (the customer or site visitor) and Hero System Inc., trading as Hero (growwithhero.com).
Terms of use
What Hero offers
- Hero AI Training: AI training (Free AI Hour, workshops, course, team training, member group).
- Hero AI Consulting: consultation, an AI consulting assessment, and a written plan.
- Hero AI Security: AI security training, an AI security assessment, and written AI use policies.
- Implementation support (“Builds”) and ongoing support (“Care”): offered to clients who have completed an assessment, under a written proposal.
Posted prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax: Free AI Hour and free fit call; workshop C$297 per person; course C$497; member group C$39 per month after the included months; team training C$2,500 for a half day or C$4,500 for a full day; AI Assessment C$1,500 (up to 20 staff) or C$3,500 (20 to 100 staff); Build Starter C$5,000, Core C$12,000, Full from C$25,000; Care Basic C$750, Plus C$1,500, Partner C$3,000 per month. Taxes such as Ontario HST may apply.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under Ontario law and use the services for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate booking and billing details.
Booking and payment
- The free fit call is booked on the calendar linked from the Book page (Cal.com, Free AI Fit Call, 30 minutes).
- Group events can also be requested on Hero’s booking form.
- Payments, when collected, are processed by Stripe (Checkout, Payment Links, invoices, or subscriptions). Card payment is not turned on on this website yet.
- Builds may be invoiced in stages. The payment schedule is written in your proposal.
- The price that applies is the one shown at checkout or in a signed proposal. The public menu shows Hero’s posted prices.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to tools, examples, and decision-makers.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or highly sensitive personal data without a written plan.
- Make sure you have rights to materials you give Hero.
- Follow any AI-use guidelines Hero provides for your team.
Hero’s responsibilities
- Deliver the scoped services with reasonable skill and care.
- Keep your accounts and data yours. Hero does not hold client accounts hostage.
- Follow the booking, refund, Care, and AI-use terms linked from these pages.
Intellectual property
- Your content stays yours.
- Hero materials (curriculum, templates, playbooks, site content) stay Hero’s, licensed to you only as needed to use the service you bought.
- For Builds: configuration in your tools is yours. Reusable Hero frameworks remain Hero’s unless a statement of work says otherwise.

Disclaimers
Services and site content are for business education and implementation support. They are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, medical, or safety advice. AI outputs can be wrong. See the AI-use page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Hero’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid Hero for that service. Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) except where Ontario law does not allow that limit. Consumer protections, if any apply, are not waived where a waiver is prohibited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hero against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your content, or your violation of law.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the Care terms, a statement of work, or by completing a one-off service. Hero may suspend access for non-payment or abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rules.
Changes
Hero may update these terms. Continued use after notice means acceptance, except where a signed statement of work or master services agreement controls.
