Hero uses and teaches modern AI tools. AI can be wrong, outdated, or biased. Outputs are drafts until a person checks them. Hero’s content and training are general business education and implementation help. They are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, medical, or safety advice.
Do not paste passwords, payment data, or unnecessary personal information about customers or staff into public AI tools. Follow your company’s policies and applicable privacy law, including PIPEDA. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for content you publish or send to customers. Tool features and vendor terms change.
Recording: Hero may record training or AI Hour sessions for quality and for people who miss the live session, and will say so at the start. Ask not to be recorded if needed.
