Founding group
A live course for people who want more than one afternoon.
C$497. There is no video library to binge. The current plan is a live founding group, recorded later only if that recording is actually made.
The useful detailsThe course is C$497 before tax, for one person, and includes 3 months in the member group. It is not a finished self-paced product.

What the sessions cover
The same ground as the workshop, with time to go further: choosing tasks, writing steps other people can follow, checking quality, and deciding what not to automate. Materials from Hero's older playbook drafts may be used as handouts. They are not a separate product.
The member group
Three months are included. After that, staying in the group is C$39 per month. That is not sold on its own yet.
Who should wait
If you need a private day for your whole staff, book team training. If you need advice on your own business, book a consulting assessment. The course will not install software for you.
Can I watch it later?
Not yet. Say so if a recording matters to you. Hero will not sell a library that does not exist.
